The existing oil filters are equipped with a bypass valve at the bottom of the paper filter element. This is designed to ensure that the engine oil has a high viscosity when the engine is cold started or the paper filter element is partially or completely blocked. From the above two shortcomings, it can be seen that the existing oil filters do not have a permanent filtering effect on impurities that are larger or smaller than the micropores of the paper filter element, and only those that are equivalent to the micropores of the paper filter element and embedded in the paper Impurities in the micropores of the filter element provide permanent filtration, so the filtration efficiency is extremely low.
