Technical Characteristics of Mechanical Locking Differential Axle

1. A mechanically locked differential bridge, comprising an input bevel gear assembly, a drive motor, a differential lock and a differential, characterized in that the drive motor is provided on the opposite side of the input bevel gear assembly.


2. The mechanical lock type differential bridge according to claim 1, wherein the housing of the differential is supported by tapered roller bearings.


3. The mechanical lock-up differential axle of claim 1, wherein the input bevel gear assembly includes an active bevel gear transmission.


4. The mechanical locking differential axle of claim 1, wherein the differential lock is a first differential lock mechanism.


5. The mechanical lock-up differential axle of claim 1, wherein the differential lock is a second differential lock mechanism.


6. The mechanical lock-up differential axle of claim 1, wherein the differential is composed of two side gears, a cross shaft assembly, and four planet gears.


7. An all-terrain vehicle including a differential bridge, characterized in that the differential bridge is a mechanically locked differential bridge according to any one of claims 1-6.
