Analysis of common faults of motorcycle rectifier

Date:Oct 14, 2019

The motorcycle charging system commonly found in daily life is generally composed of a charging coil, a motorcycle rectifier, a fuse and a battery, and is an important part of the electrical system. In this system, the chance of coil damage is generally small, the rectifier is a bad component, and the service life of the battery depends largely on whether the rectifier is working properly.

At present, 125 motorcycle rectification regulators commonly have four-wire and five-wire rectifiers, the working principle, the relationship between the number of coil poles and the rectifier, not to elaborate here, only talk about the relationship between the rectifier regulator and the battery Causal relationship. Under normal circumstances, there are five reasons for battery loss:

First, the quality of the battery itself has problems;

Second, the user installs the electrical appliance causing the load to be too heavy;

Third, the entire vehicle line or rectifier regulator has leakage phenomenon;

4. The voltage of the rectifier regulator cannot be rectified or the voltage that is rectified is too low;

5. There is an open circuit or poor contact between the coil and the rectifier regulator.

Battery electrolyte is often lacking, generally the voltage regulator of the rectifier regulator can not be regulated, the charging voltage is too high, and it can smell a bad smell. Normally, very few people regularly check the working condition of the rectifier regulator. They are all checking the rectifier regulator after the battery has a problem. By this time, the battery life has been greatly shortened or the battery is scrapped. The headache is cured, the foot hurts the doctor's foot, and the battery is replaced when it is broken. It is not necessary to find the cause, and it is bound to waste a battery. In this way, unnecessary losses will be caused to the user or the maintenance personnel.
