CFMOTO 500CC Clutch

CFMOTO 500CC clutch made in China, installed on dune buggy. A dune buggy is a recreational vehicle with large wheels, and wide tires, designed for use on sand dunes or beaches.

The driving wheel provides power, and the driven wheel starts to move due to friction.

The two movement directions are the same, but the direction of friction is different.

The driving wheel is subjected to friction and the direction of motion is opposite, while the driven wheel is rubbed in the same direction as the moving direction.

Electromagnetic clutch

The engagement and disengagement of the clutch are controlled by the on and off of the coil.

Electromagnetic clutch can be divided into: dry single-plate electromagnetic clutch, dry multi-plate electromagnetic clutch, wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch, magnetic powder clutch, slip electromagnetic clutch and so on.

The working mode of the electromagnetic clutch can be further divided into: a combination of energization and power failure.

Dry single-plate electromagnetic clutch: When the coil is energized, a magnetic attraction "armature" piece is generated, and the clutch is in the engaged state; when the coil is powered off, the "armature" rebounds and the clutch is in a disengaged state.

Dry multi-plate, wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch: the principle is the same as above, plus several friction compensation, the same volume torque is larger than the dry single-chip electromagnetic clutch, and the wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch must be cooled by oil or other coolant. .

Normally, inventory’s delivery time will be in 2-3 days after payment, for the parts need to purchase from OEM factory need some preparation time, in 10-20 days. Maybe some times will be delayed, but we will let you know in advance.
